Sugremin currently is owner in Linares (Jaén) of 24,000 m² of land free and its occupying a materials park of 12,000 m² and a floor area of 12,000 m² dedicated to the manufacturing (cross section, presses, machining and welding), offices and services (Engineering, Design, Production, Quality and Logistics).
We have presses, welding robots and CNC lines for cutting, punching, drilling, flame cutting and plasma cutting.
Some of our capabilities include:
- Welding robots (capacity up to 3800mm long and 1100mm wide for assemblies up to 200Kg)
- Resistance welding machines
- Eccentric mechanical presses (up to 320t)
- Hydraulic presses (up to 500t)
- Line of CNC cutting and punching
- Line for CNC cutting and drilling
- Plasma cutting line (up to 24000 mm)
- Line aluminum cast
- Numerous lines of Semiautomatic MIG / MAG welding
Sugremin has made an investment supported through regional incentives that has consisted of the modernization of its facilities in the Los Rubiales II Industrial Estate in Linares (Jaén), which represents an improvement in its competitiveness and an increase in its production capacity. To this end, a new cutting and drilling line for structural steels has been installed, as well as state-of-the-art welding machines and other capital goods.
